Shady Feet is 100% Canadian! We are based in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Shady Feet features handmade cloth baby toys and accessories of the highest quality and safest materials for you and your baby.

We are proud to announce, we needed help! We now have a team of very competent expert sewers working for us. As part of our business model we hire moms working from home.

After our first year of success we are now launching a new organic and green line of baby toys for Spring 2010 - stay tuned!

How did Shady Feet come about?
While out walking one day with a baby group, I noticed how many moms had receiving blankets drapped over their snack trays and stroller bumper bars. During our walk we made several stops to adjust or pick up these fallen receiving blankets - this is when I knew there was a need for Shady Feet! I designed the Shady Feet Sun Protection Cover to stay attached to the stroller and take all of the abuse of kicking and grabbing a baby might throw at it, including food and drinks. The Shady Feet product is completely washable and very durable.

As more and more people bought the Shady Feet, more and more suggestions came pouring into me and this is how it all began!
